Cancellation & Refund Policy
Ancora Training has adopted the following as its cancellation and refund policy.The reason for a participant’s cancellation or withdrawal does not affect how this cancellation and refund policy is applied.
Applicants who have not started or attended a program have the opportunity to cancel their application without penalty or charges. All requests for cancellation can be submitted to Ancora Training by written request at atsupport@ancoraed.com or by phone at 866-937-1850.
Participants who have started or attended a program are not eligible for a refund. Clients with contractual agreements that differ from this policy may contact us via email at atsupport@ancoraed.com or by phone at 866-937-1850
Grievance Resolution Policy
Ancora Training’s stated objective is the preparation of its program completers to advance their career in their chosen field. If a participant has a grievance, the following procedure must be followed. It is Ancora Training’s desire that a grievance be settled at the lowest possible level, and resolved as rapidly as possible.
- A participant will attempt to resolve a grievance with the person involved.
- If a participant is unable to resolve the grievance with the person involved, it should be submitted in writing to atfeedback@ancoraed.com
- The submitted grievance will be reviewed by the Sr. Director of Academic Operations. An investigation will be conducted to include the participant, person(s) involved and the onsite Director.
- A written decision on the grievance will be sent to the participant within five business days after receipt of the grievance.
