(September 10, 2026) On September 1, 2026, Lindenwood Education System (LES) dba Ancora received a Notice of Proposed Removal (NOPR) from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) following an audit at a single CDL training location that had administrative findings. Upon receiving the NOPR, Ancora was also advised that all 290 Ancora CDL training locations on the Training Provider Registry (TPR) would have the NOPR included in each of their individual TPR listings and would also be included in the FMCSA “List of Locations Under Review.”
The FMCSA informed Ancora that it revised its internal process for listings on the TPR. Previously, the issuance of a NOPR for a single location resulted in the TPR showing that specific location on the “List of Locations Under Review.” If a provider owned and operated other training locations, there was typically no change for the other separate locations.
Under the revised process, if a single training location within a multi-location provider receives a NOPR, the FMCSA automatically includes every location owned and operated by the provider on the “List of Locations Under Review” and displays the NOPR on each location listing. This now automatically occurs for every provider location, regardless of whether those separate locations were audited or have any findings of their own.
Ancora immediately addressed and resolved the specific findings noted in the September 1, 2026 NOPR and submitted its response to FMCSA on Friday, September 4, 2026. Ancora is actively engaging with the FMCSA for an expedited review of our response in order for all Ancora locations to be removed from the “List of Locations Under Review.” We are confident FMCSA findings will be addressed and resolved.
Ancora’s CDL training operations remain open and active to our students and clients and we are confident in our response and administrative action taken in response to FMCSA’s audit.
